Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored language and communication training programs for corporate and individual clients.
• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate learners skills and provide targeted instruction.
  Provide Coaching: Lead individual and group sessions focused on improving business communication.
• Develop Materials: Design relevant instructional materials and resources.
  Monitor Progress: Track and report on learners development.
• The recruitment team keeps a sharp eye out for those with great personalities working with clients, learners and colleagues.
  On top of qualifications and experience, a trainer who is approachable and able to deliver programs according to the CELS methodologies (communicative, motivating, relevant and applicable) will set themselves apart from the rest.

Job Requirements

• bachelor’s degree or higher
• minimum 3 years of teaching Business English
• Teaching certificates (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA/TKT)

We are looking for a skilled Business English Language Trainer to join our team on an initial full-time onsite 12-months contract in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English language skills within a corporate setting and the ability to coach professionals in effective communication.

Your role will involve delivering and designing customized training programs to enhance our clients language proficiency and business communication skills.
